All-Ukrainian Conference, 1998:
The Political Culture of a Democratic Society: Current State and Prospects in Ukraine.
August Conference, 1999:
In cooperation with the Department of Education of the Kyiv City State Administration, the annual August conference of vocational education professionals of Kyiv was organized and held. Among the key topics discussed was “Civic Education in Ukraine: Current State and Prospects”.
Seminar Series, 1999:
In partnership with a charitable civic organization, a series of educational and methodological seminars on electoral education was conducted for vocational education professionals in Kyiv. Supported by Counterpart Alliance for Partnership.
School-Based Learning and Summer Camp:
A pilot project was implemented in partnership with the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), focusing on electoral education in Kyiv schools No. 41 and No. 82, as well as the "Universum" Lyceum. The project also included a summer “Democracy Camp” for school students.
Partnership with the University of Jena, 2024:
In partnership with Friedrich Schiller University Jena (Germany), the Foundation hosted a series of lectures on the Ukraine–EU agenda. During the discussions, experts and scholars explored various aspects of Ukraine’s integration into the European Union (EU). The event aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the challenges, opportunities, and dynamics shaping Ukraine–EU relations, with a focus on key issues such as solidarity, internationalization, and legitimacy.
Conference with NaUKMA and ICE,
2025:
Together with our partners — the Department of Political Science at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA) and the Serhiy Ryabov Institute of Civic Education — we co-organized the fourth panel of the academic-practical conference “Russia’s War Against Ukraine: Transformations of Social Institutions and Practices” (2025): “Institutional Resilience of the Ukrainian State Amid the Russian-Ukrainian War.”
Foundation President Moderates Panel in Vilnius, 2025:
At the international conference organized by the European Humanities University — “Contours of Contemporary Critical Theory: The Liquid Modernity of Zygmunt Bauman” — the President of the Foundation, Serhiy Kyselov, moderated the panel “The Normative Ideal of Autonomy and Democracy.”
